    【Chemical Composition】

    Appearance: Yellow to brownish-yellow transparent liquid

    Solubility: Can be diluted with water in any proportion

    Ionicity: Anionic

    Compatibility: Can be mixed with non-ionic and anionic surfactants

    Acid-Base Property: pH: 9.0-10.0 (1% aqueous solution)

     

    【Usage Characteristics】

    The Polyester-Cotton Dyeing and Bleaching Agent BS-306 is a special auxiliary agent for alkaline dyeing of polyester and polyester-cotton fabrics. Using this product can reduce overall dyeing costs. The special alkaline buffered dyeing system and strong dispersing and uniform dyeing ability can avoid the common issues of dye spots and color points caused by oligomers in traditional acidic dyeing. The dyeing process with BS-306 can eliminate the need for traditional pre-bleaching processes, not only shortening dyeing time and reducing post-dyeing reduction cleaning but also decreasing the frequency of equipment cleaning, improving equipment utilization, and saving energy costs such as water, electricity, and gas.

     

    【Precautions】

    Adjustments should be made according to specific objects and process conditions when using, and testing should be conducted before use.

     

    【Packaging and Storage】

    Packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, should be handled lightly and not inverted. Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse, with a storage period of 1 year.
