【Usage Characteristics】
This product has a good removal effect on silicone oil or silicone stains on cotton and polyester fabrics. It has the characteristics of making fabrics soft and smooth, giving fabrics luster, fullness, wrinkle resistance, stain resistance, water resistance, and a wool-like feel, which is very popular. Therefore, it is widely used on natural fibers (cotton, wool) and synthetic fibers (viscose, nylon, polyester, acrylic, etc.) and their blended fabrics. However, in the organic silicon finishing of fabrics, due to operational and silicone emulsion stability issues, phenomena such as silicone oil breaking holes, oil floating, and roller sticking often occur, forming silicone stains on the fabric. In addition, fabrics that have been treated with organic silicon also need to remove silicone oil due to the need for re-dyeing or color correction. Therefore, it is essential to have an agent that can effectively remove silicone oil and silicone stains during the dyeing and finishing production process.
