3. Product Characteristics:
1. This product is a multi-functional additive that allows for the removal of oil and dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics to be completed in one bath. The treated fabric has a purer and brighter color than traditional oil removal, and the hand feel is soft and smooth.
2. Using this product can effectively shorten working hours, save water, electricity, steam, and other energy, greatly reduce production costs, and improve labor productivity. It is currently the best new type of energy-saving and emission-reducing additive with excellent performance.
3. This product is a new green and environmentally friendly product. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, formaldehyde-free, APEO-free, and meets the EU Oeko-Tex-100 environmental requirements for new energy-saving and emission-reducing additives.
4. Uses:
This product has properties of penetration, emulsification, dispersion, wetting, uniform dyeing, and excellent migration. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing and oil removal processes for various pure polyester and blended fabrics.
5. Storage and Packaging:
Packaged in 50 kg or 120 kg plastic barrels. Store in a dry, ventilated, and sealed environment at room temperature. The storage period is six months.
