    【Chemical Composition】
    Linear amino modified silicone emulsion

    【Physical Properties】
    Appearance:Milky to slightly white emulsion
    Ionicity:Weak cationic
    pH Value:5.0-6.5 (1% aqueous solution)
    Solubility:Can be diluted with water in any ratio
    Stability:Good permeability to fabrics, strong affinity, can be compatible with cationic/non-ionic surfactants. It has good stability under various finishing conditions (jet/overflow dyeing machine).

    【Usage Characteristics】
    Suitable for various fibers and their blended fabrics, especially suitable for chemical fibers and their blended knitted fabrics, with better stability compared to general amino modified silicone softeners, providing fibers with excellent softness, fluffiness, and fullness. This product does not cause roller stickiness, yarn breakage, silicone oil marks, etc., is easy to use, and can be directly diluted with water. Suitable for padding processes and continuous padding processes. This product does not contain alkylphenol (APEO) chemical components and meets environmental protection requirements.

    【Precautions】
    Users should adjust the specific process based on samples, testing before use.
    Avoid using water of poor quality (e.g., hardness exceeding 100ppm as CaCO3) for dilution to prevent affecting the finishing quality.
    Try to wash away the residual alkali left on the fabric to avoid affecting quality.

    【Packaging and Storage】
    Packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
