    [Usage Characteristics]
    1. Compared with conventional soap washing processes, it eliminates the need for acetic acid neutralization and two washing steps after neutralization, saving energy; reduces acetic acid costs; saves the cost of 2 tanks of clean water; saves the cost of treating 2 tanks of wastewater; significantly lowers soap washing costs and improves production efficiency.
    2. The acidic neutralizing soap detergent TH-1 has strong neutralizing ability, achieving the effect of acetic acid neutralization with normal usage; it has excellent buffering capacity in the bath, and slight fluctuations in usage do not affect the final neutralization effect; compared to volatile acetic acid, it has a stable pH value.
    3. Strong dispersing ability and anti-redeposition ability, can thoroughly wash away floating colors, hydrolyzed dyes, and impurities from the fabric surface, keeping floating colors and impurities stably suspended in water, preventing re-contamination, thus effectively improving the fastness of washing, rubbing, and other processes.
    4. Has strong chelating ability, preventing reduced soap washing effectiveness due to high water hardness.
    5. Environmentally friendly and safe with good biodegradability, reducing the pressure on wastewater treatment.
    6. Ultra-low corrosiveness (compared to acetic acid), does not affect equipment.
    7. Does not have a strong irritating odor, does not solidify in winter (compared to acetic acid), beneficial for operators' health; also avoids the residual acetic odor on the fabric due to inadequate washing.
    8. This product is a non-foaming soap detergent, no defoamer is needed during use.

    Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
