    【Chemical Composition】

    【Physical Properties】

    Appearance: Light yellow aqueous solution

    Ionicity: Anionic

    pH value: 9.5-11.5 (1% aqueous solution)

    Solubility: Easily soluble in water, can be mixed with water in any proportion

    Stability: Resistant to alkali and hard water. Can be used with non-ionic products, not resistant to oxidants (e.g., hydrogen peroxide, sodium perborate, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, etc.)

    Ecological: Easily biodegradable


    【Usage Characteristics】

    1. This product is mainly used for the restorative cleaning of polyester fibers dyed with disperse dyes, and can also be used for the dyeing restorative cleaning of polyester and its blended or interwoven products.

    2. It has excellent reduction effects, and the color fastness of treated dyed items in terms of friction, sunlight, etc., is improved by 0.5-1 grade compared to traditional methods using insurance powder and alkali, while the color is bright and the hand feel is soft.

    3. This product is stable in air during restorative cleaning and produces low foam.

    4. This product can be used for restorative cleaning in any common dyeing equipment.

    5. The restorative cleaning with this product is carried out in an acidic bath, so there is no need to change to a new bath after dyeing, and there is no need to neutralize with acetic acid after treatment. Therefore, using this product for restorative cleaning simplifies the process, shortens the workflow, facilitates operation, achieves good reduction effects, and saves water, electricity, steam, etc., while the resulting wastewater is easier to handle.
     

    【Packaging and Storage】

    Packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year. In winter, if there is any condensation phenomenon, it can be melted and used when the temperature rises, which will not affect the quality. When using, if the barrel is opened and not fully used, it must be sealed tightly.
