    【Usage Characteristics】
    This product is a treatment agent for oil stains and oil yarns on various fibers and blended fabrics. It has strong decontamination power and good permeability, capable of removing oil stains from fabrics. It is particularly effective in removing oil yarns from polyester fabrics. It has excellent results on oil stains or striped oil yarns that are difficult to remove with general de-oiling agents.

    【Usage Method】
    1. De-oiling process for polyester and chemical fiber blended fabrics: Dosage 0.5-2g/L, treat at room temperature for 10 minutes. Then raise the temperature to 98℃, treat for 30-60 minutes, then wash with water and remove from the tank.
    2. De-oiling process during dyeing of polyester and chemical fiber blended fabrics: Dosage 0.5-2g/L, add de-oiling agent and run at room temperature for 10 minutes, then raise the temperature to 130℃, treat for 30-60 minutes, then wash with overflow water and remove from the tank.
    3. In the de-oiling process, good removal effects can be achieved without adding alkali. De-oiling in the same bath can prevent color spots and color flowers caused by tank contamination, reduce costs, and improve processing quality.

    【Packaging and Storage】
    Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
