    [Chemical Composition]
    Sodium sulfonate of succinic acid ester compounds

    [Physical Properties]
    Appearance: Amber viscous liquid
    Ionicity: Anionic surfactant
    pH Value: 6.5-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
    Solubility: Soluble in water, the solution is milky white. Dissolution method: Usually, it can be added to 50-100 times water and left overnight before stirring to dissolve, or it can be stirred in hot water at around 60°C until dissolved.
    Performance: The permeability is quick and uniform, with good re-wetting, emulsifying, and foaming properties. The best effect is at temperatures below 40°C and pH values between 5-10. However, once the fabric is treated with penetrant BS-E, its permeability will not be affected by changes in temperature, acidity, or alkalinity.

    [Usage Characteristics]
    Cotton, linen, viscose, and blended products treated with penetrant BS-E can be directly bleached or dyed without boiling, saving processes and helping to improve dye defects caused by silk. The hand feel of the fabric after printing and dyeing is also softer and fuller.

    [Precautions]
    1. The penetration effect of penetrant BS-E is best below 40°C. At high temperatures, it is prone to hydrolysis when encountering alkali, so it is advisable to treat the fabric with penetrant BS-E below 40°C before raising the temperature.
    2. Penetrant BS-E is not resistant to strong alkali and should not be added directly to concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted first before adding penetrant BS-E.
    3. When bleaching raw fabric, it is best to remove the paste first to ensure penetration effect.
    4. If too much foam is found when using penetrant BS-E, defoamers such as GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate can be added.

    [Packaging and Storage]
    Packed in plastic barrels of 50kg or 125kg, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of one year.
