    Solubility: Easily soluble in water, can be mixed with water in any proportion
    Penetration Time: ≤60 seconds (0.1% aqueous solution)
    Cloud Point: ≥40℃ (1% aqueous solution)

    [Application Characteristics]
    Mainly used as a penetrant in the textile industry, it can be used in processes such as sizing, desizing, boiling, bleaching, carbonization, and chlorination, and can also serve as a penetration aid in dyeing and finishing baths, as well as a penetrant for leather coatings.

    [Usage Method]
    1. Penetration: In various processes of textile, printing, and dyeing, the dosage is generally 1-5g/L.
    Wool Cleaning: Penetrant BS-F has the ability to wash wool, leaving no residue on the wool, with no yellowing or other defects, and the fiber feels relatively soft. It can be used in combination with soap in hard water or used alone, with a suitable temperature of 40-50℃.
    2. Desizing: When using biological enzymes for desizing, combining with penetrant BS-F can accelerate the desizing process, with a general dosage of about 0.1% of the liquid weight.
    3. Wool Carbonization: Add penetrant BS-F 0.5g/L to the wool carbonization liquid, which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce acidity, and improve carbonization effectiveness.
    4. Fiber Refining: When refining acetate fibers and other synthetic fiber products, add penetrant BS-F 2-3g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L to the refining liquid to improve refining effectiveness.

    [Packaging and Storage]
    Packed in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
