【Chemical Composition】

【Physical Properties】
Appearance: Milky white liquid
Ionicity: Weak cationic
pH value: 7.0-9.0 (1% aqueous solution, 25℃)
Solubility: Can be diluted with water in varying proportions
Stability: The emulsion has good shear stability and pH stability, good permeability to fabrics, strong affinity, and can be compatible with cationic/non-ionic surfactants.
Compatibility: Can be compatible with most textile auxiliaries
【Usage Characteristics】
Suitable for various fibers and their blended fabrics, especially suitable for pure cotton and cotton-blended knitted fabrics. Compared with general amino-modified organic silicon softeners, it has better stability and can better impart a smooth, soft, and elastic feel to the fibers. This product does not cause roller sticking, yarn breakage, silicone oil marks, and other defects, is easy to use, and can be directly diluted with water. Suitable for padding processes and continuous padding processes. This product does not contain alkylphenol (APEO) chemical components and meets environmental protection requirements.
【Precautions】
Users should adjust the specific process based on samples and conduct experiments before use. Avoid using water of poor quality (e.g., with a hardness equivalent to CaCO3 greater than 100ppm) for dilution to prevent affecting the finishing quality.
Residual alkali on the fabric should be cleaned as much as possible to avoid affecting quality.
【Packaging and Storage】
Packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
