【Chemical Composition】
Multifunctional copolymer block amino modified silicone emulsion
【Physical Properties】
Appearance: Milky to light yellow translucent emulsion
Ionicity: Weak cationic
pH Value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: Can be diluted with water in varying proportions
Stability: Good permeability to fabrics, strong affinity, can be compatible with cationic/non-ionic surfactants
【Usage Characteristics】
Suitable for all types of textiles, especially for cotton and cotton-blended knitted or woven fabrics, cotton/elastane blended fabrics, wool blended fabrics, and polyester and its blended fabrics. This product has excellent fullness, significantly unique softness, good hydrophilicity, wash resistance, and no yellowing of fabrics. This product has good emulsification stability and can be used not only in padding processes but is especially suitable for impregnation processes.
【Precautions】
Users should adjust the specific process based on samples, testing before use.
Avoid using water of poor quality (e.g., hardness exceeding 100ppm as CaCO3) for dilution to prevent affecting the finishing quality.
Try to wash away any residual alkali left on the fabric to avoid affecting quality.
【Packaging and Storage】
Packaged in 50kg or 125kg plastic barrels, lined with plastic bags, stored in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse, with a storage period of six months.
